Baked Camembert is perfect to share on a winter’s evening and is very easy to prepare if entertaining. We love ours with garlic cloves baked inside to add a lovely flavour. Some rosemary sprigs also season it well, but thyme also works.
Dip chunks of fresh bread into the oozing cheese for a warming flavoursome treat.
